Bamboo Asian Kitchen, a restaurant offering a menu of mostly Americanized Chinese dishes, has opened next to Target at the Christown Spectrum shopping center on the southeast corner of Bethany Home and 19th Avenue in Phoenix.
The menu: A huge selection of familiar dishes such as orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, Mongolian beef, and kung pao shrimp.
Open: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
