St. Urban, the ninth concept from Valley restaurateur and chef Christopher Collins, opens at 4 p.m. today above Collins’ Neighborly Public House at The Colony on Seventh Street, between Montebello and Missouri, in uptown Phoenix.

The concept: St. Urban is a modern take on a classic French brasserie offering light bites, shareable plates and handcrafted cocktails. (Photo credit: Grace Stufkosky.)

Menu highlights: Roasted pork panini ($16), wild mushroom lasagna ($20), and The Provencal flatbread ($14).

Other concepts: Collins’ Common Ground Culinary group also includes Grassroots Kitchen & Tap, Collins Bros. Chophouse, Wally’s American Gastropub, Sweet Provisions, The Collins Small Batch Kitchen, The Macintosh, and Arcadia Catering Co.

Open: 4-9 p.m. Monday-Tuesday, 4-10 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
