Peixoto Coffee, a 7-year-old coffee shop and roastery in downtown Chandler, will open its second location at 6 a.m. Tuesday at Epicenter at Agritopia on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray in Gilbert.
The company: Julia Peixoto Peters, whose family has been growing arabica beans on its Brazilian farm for more than a century, and her husband, Jeff, launched Peixoto in February 2015. It’s one of a few coffee companies in the world that farms, roasts, and serves their own family-farmed coffee.
The menu: Whole-bean coffees from the Peixoto farm and other farmers, espresso beverages, pour-overs, cold brews, teas, seasonal beverages, house-made syrups, and baked goods and products by local artisans.
Open: 6 a.m.-6 p.m. daily.
