Owner and chef Vito LoPiccolo has introduced a new menu item at Brooklyn V’s Pizza: made-from-scratch veggie lasagna.
What: Lasagna pasta, seasoned ricotta, eggplant, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce.
Find it: Brooklyn’s V’s Pizza has locations in Gilbert, Queen Creek, and two in Chandler.
