Tempe-based drive-through chain Salad and Go has opened its 42nd Valley location – and 66th overall – on the northeast corner of 44th Street and Oak in east Phoenix.

The menu: Chef-designed salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, and soup.

The history: Gilbert residents Roushan and Tony Christofellis launched Salad and Go in 2013. They sold the concept in 2020 and have started another drive-through concept, Angie’s Lobster.

Did you know? Salad and Go’s next Valley location is under construction on the southeast corner of Indian School and Jackrabbit in Litchfield Park.

Open: 6:30 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
