Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar, a Tennessee-based chain specializing in Louisiana-style Cajun seafood, is taking over the former Logan’s Roadhouse at Mesa Riverview.
The history: Pier 88 made its Arizona debut in Avondale in May. Mesa will be its second location in this state.
The menu: Boiled seafood bags, fried seafood baskets, po’ boys, and speciality cocktails.
