Fire Tiger Dessert Cafe, an international chain with locations in Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, made its U.S. debut in the former Pho Winglee strip-mall space just south of H Mart near the southeast corner of Main and Dobson in west Mesa.
The menu: During the soft-opening period, only its signature milk tea drinks. Desserts will be added in the future.
Did you know? The cafe gets its name from the house specialty – a milk tea with a caramelized crème brûlée topping.
Open: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
