James Beard Award-winning chef Chris Bianco is rolling back hours at his four Valley restaurants due to staffing shortages, he announced Tuesday on Instagram.
The new hours:
- Pizzeria Bianco (Heritage Square): 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
- Pizzeria Bianco (Town and Country): 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Thursday-Monday. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Tratto: 5-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
- Pane Bianco: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
