Pedal Haus in downtown Phoenix to host Rob Dollar ride kickoff party Friday

By Jess Harter Thursday, October 20, 2022

Pedal Haus Brewery has brewed a special seasonal and will host a kickoff party from 6-9 p.m. Friday for the Rob Dollar Foundation bike ride 🚲 to raise road safety awareness for cyclists and drivers.

The beer: R.A.D Pumpkin 🍺 was just released, and 10% of the beer’s sales will be donated to the Chandler-based non-profit foundation.

  • The beer is named in honor of cyclist Rob A. Dollar, who died after being struck by a driver while riding at South Mountain in 2017.

The kickoff party: Happy hour specials will be extended until 8 p.m. Friday with $2 off all other appetizers at Pedal Haus in downtown Phoenix.

  • People will be able to register for Sunday’s fifth annual Rob Dollar bike ride at South Mountain.
