Coabana, a Cuban-inspired 🇨🇺 cocktails and tapas lounge from the owners of popular nightspots Pigtails and Rough Rider, has opened at Cityscape on the northeast corner of First Street and Jefferson in downtown Phoenix.
Menu highlights: Pork masitas (guacamole topped with roasted pork and served with plantain chips), ham and cheese croquettes (ham and bechamel rolled in bread crumbs and fried), and Cubano sandwich (roasted pork, smoked ham, pickles, Swiss cheese, and mustard).
