Hooked on Sushi, a family-owned Japanese 🇯🇵 restaurant and sushi bar, has opened in the former Sushi Yuki space in the Sprouts Center on the southwest corner of Thunderbird and 83rd Avenue in Peoria.
- Sushi Yuki closed at the end of August after six years in business.
The menu: In addition to sushi, there’s a variety of appetizers, there are bento box lunches and dinner entrees including salmon teriyaki, chicken katsu, and beef bulgogi.
Open: 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
