Arcadia Farms Cafe in Scottsdale moving restaurant across street

By Jess Harter Monday, November 7, 2022

Arcadia Farms Cafe in Old Town Scottsdale has sold and closed the cottage that housed its cafe but plans to reopen the breakfast and lunch restaurant across the street in December.

What’s happening: Arcadia Farms Cafe, which chef and owner Carolyn Ellis launched in 1990, has three parts – a cafe and a next-door marketplace on the south side of First Avenue and an event space on the north side.

  • The event space and its private dining rooms will be remodeled to host the new cafe.
  • The marketplace, which sells baked goods, foods to go, drinks, and other items, remains unaffected.

The quote: ‘‘While we work behind the scenes on a few logistics, we invite you to join us for an upcoming holiday special event or cooking class offered throughout the month of November in our new dining rooms,’’ the business posted on its website.
