85°C Bakery Café, a Taiwanese chain with more than 1,000 locations worldwide, has soft-opened its first Arizona location next to 99 Ranch Market on the northeast corner of Chandler and Dobson in Chandler.
The menu: Best known for coffee, tea, bread, and cakes, 85°C also sells desserts, smoothies, fruit juices, and souvenirs.
The signature menu item is sea salt coffee, made by sweetening iced Americano and topping it with sea salt whipped cream.
Did you know: Its name comes from the company’s belief that coffee holds its flavor best at a steady temperature of 85 degrees Celsius.
Open: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. daily.
