Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill, a Utah-based chain of fast-casual restaurants, has closed its location on the southwest corner of Arizona and Ocotillo in south Chandler.
- The restaurant opened in December 2018.
- No explanation was given for the closure.
Other locations: Costa Vida still operates two Valley restaurants – in Mesa and Gilbert.
