Fire at Will, a third concept from Valley chef Dom Ruggiero, has opened in the space that formerly housed Caribbean restaurant Little Cay on the northeast corner of Tatum and Shea in northeast Phoenix.

The pedigree: Ruggiero opened the highly regarded Hush Public House in north Scottsdale in 2019 and last year added Vanilla Gorilla Tap Room & Bottle Shop next door.
Open: 5-10 p.m. daily with lunch service planned for 2023.
