Cowboy Pizza Company, a locally owned eatery offering what it calls ‘‘cowboy-style pies,’’ has opened in the former Binkley’s space on the northeast corner of Cave Creek and Vermeersch in Cave Creek.
The menu: Appetizers, salads, 18-inch pizzas, and desserts. Specialty pizzas include Steak and Blue Cheese, The Cheese Steak, Meat & Potatoes, and Carne Asada.
- Pizzas feature ‘‘00’’ Italian hard wheat dough, which allows for double the portion of traditional flour with half the gluten.
- Pizzas are cooked in an Italian design cabinet oven in less than four minutes.
Open: 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday. Closed Monday.
