Ramen Hood, a 4-year-old ramen house in north Scottsdale, has soft-opened a second location in the 99 Ranch Market plaza on the northeast corner of Dobson and Chandler in Chandler.
The menu: Build-your-own ramen bowls, as well as a couple chef-created bowls.
- Beverage options include Japanese bottled teas, Japanese cream sodas, and ramunes.
Open: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
