Fly Bye, Sam Fox’s Detroit-style pan pizza and chicken tenders to go concept, opens its third location Thursday on the northwest corner of Camelback and 40th Street in Phoenix.
What’s new: An expanded menu includes the addition of hand-tossed pizzas, more chopped salad options, and hoagies.
- New pizzas include the Lebanese Mom, The Brooklyn, Meatball, and Flower Child.
- Diners also can build their own pizza with three crust options (hand-stretched, Detroit-style, or gluten-free).
Other locations: North central Phoenix and Desert Ridge Marketplace in northeast Phoenix.
Open: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
