Modern Oyster Bar Chophouse, which closed June 2 after three years in central Scottsdale, has reopened in the former Charleston’s building on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Frank Lloyd Wright in north Scottsdale.
- Modern is the brainchild of veteran Valley restaurateurs Cat and Randy Frankel and Frank Schneider.
- The restaurant secured its new location before closing the original one.
The menu: Steaks, ribs, chicken, seafood, and an oyster bar.
Open: 4-9 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday, 4-10 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, 4-9 p.m. Sunday. Closed Monday.
