Shea Cheese, the Valley’s only dedicated cheese store, has opened near the northeast corner of Shea and 32nd Street in north Phoenix.
- Owners Jenny Zink and her husband, Izaak Myers, offer a rotating selection of 70-80 cheeses.
- About 80% of the cheeses are made in America.
- Zink, a former food photographer, originally wanted to call the shop Say Cheese, but the name was taken.
Open: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
