California-based chain Ike’s Love & Sandwiches has opened its 12th Valley location in the Fry’s shopping center on the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Riggs in Queen Creek.
The menu: More than 800 sandwiches, many named for celebrities, featuring its proprietary Dutch Crunch bread and signature Dirty Sauce.
The quote: “We are growing faster in the Phoenix area than anywhere else in the country. Queen Creek is our 12th store in Phoenix and we’re not going to slow down any time soon,’’ says company CEO Michael Goldberg.
