Gypsy Cup coffee shop and cafe has unexpectedly closed just after just seven months in downtown Gilbert.
The history: Gypsy Cup began as a coffee trailer in 2017.
- Owners Linsay and Neil Smith opened their bricks-and-mortar space behind Zinburger in May.
