Mediterranean ‘fast-fine dining’ concept Source soft-opens in Gilbert

Source, a new ‘‘fast-fine dining’’ Mediterranean restaurant, bakery, and market, soft-opens at 11 a.m. today at Epicenter at Agritopia on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray in Gilbert.

Who: Source is a joint project of Thai Chili 2 Go founder Akshat Sethi and Pa’la chef Claudio Urciuoli.

The menu: Limited options for soft opening include five starters, two salads, two sandwiches, two pizzas, two breads, two desserts, and two wines by the glass.

⏰ Open: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. during soft opening. Grand opening date will be announced in January.
