Tempe bar and grill Boulders on Broadway is seeking a half-dozen chefs to compete in its annual Burger Throwdown at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30.
The rules: Contestants are required to use meat and bread supplied by Boulders.
- You are allowed to use a maximum of six other ingredients.
- You have 20 minutes to make one full-size burger and four sliders for the judges.
- Burgers will be judged on flavor, presentation, creativity, and crowd reaction.
