Roy’s Restaurant, an upscale restaurant that specializes in Hawaiian and Japanese fusion cuisine, will close its last remaining Arizona location at Desert Ridge in northeast Phoenix on April 23. The Desert Ridge location will host a 20th anniversary dinner Saturday.
