Chesapeake Bay Seafood Bistro has closed its 19-month-old Ahwatukee restaurant but will continue to operate its Tempe-based ghost kitchen.
The history: James and Yolanda Brown opened CBSB on the southwest corner of Elliot and 51st Street in June 2019.
- The menu offers a seasonal selection of mostly fresh fish and seafood cooked to order.
- During the season, blue crab is flown in live daily from Maryland.
- The Tempe ghost kitchen, focused on takeout and delivery, was launched in November 2022.
