Phoenix restaurateur and chef Chris Bianco, who opened a downtown Los Angeles location of his flagship Pizzeria Bianco last June, is launching a Pane Bianco in the same mixed-use space known as Row DTLA.
The menu: Pane Bianco in Los Angeles will serve New York City-style slices and whole 18-inch pies, plus an array of sandwiches.
- Pizzeria Bianco in Los Angeles will close its lunchtime slice window and offer sit-down service for lunch as well as dinner.
The timeline: Pane Bianco Los Angeles is expected to be open by March.
