Brunch concept Hash Kitchen, perhaps best-known for its build-your-own Bloody Marys, has opened its sixth Valley location in Peoria’s P83 Entertainment District.
The menu: Popular dishes include Cannoli Donuts, Hangover Hash, Tiramisu French Toast, and Chicken Tinga Frittata.
- The bar offers six types of Bloody Marys, 50 toppings to create your own, and flights of mimosas.
The history: Hash Kitchen was created by the Scottsdale-based Maggiore Group, which sold a majority share to a private equity firm in 2021.
