The Liar’s Club, the third creative cocktail concept in downtown Phoenix from the team behind Baby Boy and Khla, has opened on the southwest corner of Central and Monroe.
The space: It takes over the former Downtown Deli space between Valley Bar and Cornish Pasty Co.
The menu: 🍕Detroit-style pizzas, burgers, wings, and loaded fries. (Pictured below: Pizza fries.)
- Signature cocktails include the Cross My Heart, Pants on Fire, Cry Wolf, and Blowing Smoke.
The controversy: Colton Brock and John Sagasta parted ways with co-owner Tyka Chheng in November after several women accused Chheng of sexual harassment.
- Brock and Sagasta are collaborating with Ariel Bracamonte (Cobra Arcade Bar, Stardust) on The Liar’s Club.
