SunSet Wine Bistro, a new wine bar from former Salut Kitchen Bar owner Romain Lauro, has opened on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Doubletree Ranch in central Scottsdale.
The space: It takes over the 1,513-square-foot space that formerly housed Sophie’s Cafe at The Shops at Gainey Village.
The menu: Bruschetta, salads, pastas, a ribeye steak, salmon, and a burger.
- 🍷 14 wines are available by the glass or bottle.
⏰ Open: 2-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
