The Sandwich Spot, a California-based chain that also has locations in Nevada and Texas, has made its Arizona debut on the southeast corner of 12th Street and Glendale in north Phoenix.
The space: The former end-cap home of Fleur de Lis Cakes in the strip mall with CJ’s Talley’s Pub.
The menu: There are 27 specialty sandwiches with Arizona-related names such as The Grand Canyon, The Sun Devil, and The Camelback.
- The signature bread choice is a Dutch crunch roll (pictured).
- You also can create your own sandwich.
