How much would you pay for a great burger?

Then Burger, a speakeasy-style eatery with craft burgers and cocktails that just opened on the northwest corner of Glendale and 91st Avenue in Glendale, may test your limit.

The highlight of its small menu (just a dozen specialty burgers) is a Marrow & Mushroom Burger (pictured below) with truffle pecorino cheese, roasted wild mushrooms, bone marrow crisp, black pepper aioli, and a marrow bone on the side.

The price? A hefty $36.

Other burgers include a:

• Kenji Burger with Red Leicester cheese, carmelized onions, and yuzu aioli ($24).
• New American Poutine Burger with Muenster cheese, frites, cheese curds, and brown gravy ($23).
• Quesabirria Burger with queso blanco and braised short rib ($22).

The bar offers 13 specialty cocktails, six mules, and 16 craft beers on tap.

Then Burger is a sister concept to year-old Twist Hot Chicken in Peoria.
