In addition to monthly specials, Serrano’s offers Valentine’s Day deal

Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants are offering a Valentine’s Day three-course meal for two that includes:

• House salad or chicken tortilla soup;
• Al pastor grilled chicken and steak with fajita veggies, fried potatoes, a stuffed Anaheim pepper, and house-made tortillas;
• Strawberry shortcake to share;
• Two nonalcoholic beverages.

The special will only be offered on Valentine’s Day and is $65. No reservations are needed.

Tuesday deals: Because Valentine’s Day falls on a Taco Tuesday, diners also can take advantage of the regular Tuesday specials: $3.50 shredded chicken or beef tacos and $2.50 street tacos (choice of six fillings).

February deals: Specials available all month include:

• Rio Margarita made with Hornitos Tequila, Hiram Walker Orange Curacao, lime juice, and agave triple sec ($9.99);
• Al pastor chicken platter with fajita veggies, fried potatoes, stuffed Anaheim pepper, house-made tortillas, and a cup of chicken tortilla soup or house salad ($19.99);
• Strawberry shortcake layered with vanilla sponge cake, strawberry puree, and strawberry cheesecake ($7.99).

Serrano’s currently has locations in Chandler, Queen Creek, and two in Mesa.
