SanTan Brewing introduces BajaJack Salted Lime Lager in Jack series

SanTan Brewing has introduced a new seasonal, BajaJack Salted Lime Lager, in its growing line of Jack beers, a new series of spinoffs of its best-selling JuicyJack IPA.

🍺 The beer: A Mexican-style ‘‘surfveza’’ flavored with a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of salt (6.5% ABV, 15 IBU).

🎉 The party: BajaJack already is available on tap and in stores, but an official release party, dubbed Jack’s Baja Fest, will be held Feb. 18 at SanTan Gardens in Chandler.

The series: Other Jack beers include LumberJack Oatmeal Maple Amber, JungleJack Tropical Hazy IPA, and SuperJack Imperial Hazy IPA.
