Downtown Phoenix bakery Infinity Sweets to sell space, focus on markets

🥧 Pastry chef Stephanie Brimley announced she will close her downtown Phoenix bricks-and-mortar bakery Infinity Sweets as soon as she can sell the space, but she will return to offering her cookies, cupcakes, and custom cakes at local farmers markets and events.

First, though, Brimley says she intends to take a month off.
