👨🍳 The inaugural Nicole Learmont ‘‘F*ck Cancer’’ benefit dinner – a six-course family-style meal created by Valley chefs Adam Allison, Mark Coakley, Brent Kille, Jeff Kraus, Mat Meyer, and Dom Ruggiero – will take place at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 19, at the Handlebar Diner in southeast Mesa.
Learmont, who was bar manager at Dos Gringos and helped Allison, her longtime companion, operate the Handlebar, died last March from lung cancer.
All proceeds from the dinner will go to local cancer charities. Tickets are $125 person.
