🐓 Big Chicken, the Las Vegas-based fast-casual chain co-founded by former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal, opens its second Valley location at 11 a.m. today in the former Pomo Pizzeria space near the northwest corner of Gilbert and Vaughn in downtown Gilbert.
Signature sandwiches include the Shaq Attack, the Big & Sloppy, and the Big Aristotle (pictured).
The concept made its Arizona debut at ASU’s Mullett Arena last October. Local franchisees Steve Christensen and Reid Richards plan to open a dozen Big Chickens in the Valley.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
