Thursday is National Tamale Day, and all this week Macayo’s Mexican Food restaurants are selling take-home tamale kits for $15.
The kits, available in red beef or green corn, include the ingredients and instructions to make six full-size tamales.
They’re being sold at all Macayo’s except the Mesa Gateway Airport location.
