🌯 Fiesta Mexicana, a Colorado-based chain of sit-down Mexican restaurants, has opened its second Valley location in the long-closed Fox & Hound building near the southwest corner of Baseline and Stapley in Gilbert.
The family-owned concept made its Valley debut in 2014 in south Chandler.
Specialty plates include tampiquena chicken (chicken breast stuffed with shrimp), pollo borracho (chicken strips in merlot-tequila sauce), and aguachile (shrimp cooked in jalapeño-lime juice). Open for lunch and dinner daily.
