🌯 New Jersey-based Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a national chain of fast-casual Mexican fusion eateries, has closed its only Arizona location, which was in front of Sam’s Club at SanTan Village in Gilbert. It had only been open nine months.
The menu offered burritos, quesadillas, and tacos, but also General Tso’s chicken and Nashville hot chicken.
