Indian restaurant Tap N Tikka soft-opens in former TC’s Pub & Grub in Gilbert

🍛 Tap N Tikka, an Indian scratch kitchen and bar, has soft-opened in the former TC’s Pub & Grub building on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Ray in Gilbert.

It becomes the space’s fourth occupant in less than a decade, following in the footsteps of Cafe Posada, JC’s Steakhouse, and TC’s, which closed at the end of 2022.

Chef’s specials at Tap N Tikka include traditional butter chicken, chicken rara, chicken korma, and Malai goat. There are 15 tandoori dishes, nine tandoori breads, nine curries, and seven rice dishes.

Open for lunch and dinner daily except Tuesdays.

Brekky Brunch opens in south Chandler

🥞 The accurately named Brekky Brunch has moved into the former Biscuits Cafe on the southwest corner of Alma School and Germann in south Chandler. The menu sticks to the basics, but there’s a $12 build-your-own-breakfast option. Open for breakfast and lunch daily.

Greek restaurant chain coming to Valley

🇬🇷 The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, a Colorado-based chain, plans to make its Arizona debut this summer on the northwest corner of Via de Ventura and the Loop 101 in Scottsdale. A second location is coming to Gilbert, but the location has not been identified.

Spring Restaurant Week to return in May

💵 The spring edition of the twice-a-year Arizona Restaurant Week will run Friday, May 19, through Sunday, May 28. More than 100 participating restaurants will offer special three-course meals for $33, $44 or $55 per person. Interested restaurants can register here.
