🎰 Lucky Lou’s American Kitchen, a Las Vegas-themed American grill, has opened in a portion of the former California Pizza Kitchen building at Dana Park on the northwest corner of Val Vista and Baseline in Mesa.
The new concept, which shares the reconfigured building with recently opened Original ChopShop, is a sibling of Lucky Lou’s American Grill, which has three East Valley locations.
A huge menu includes burgers, sandwiches, wraps, steaks, pasta dishes, and more. Beverage options range from milkshakes to cocktails.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
Surprise gets Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop
🥪 California-born Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, which just made its Arizona debut in February, has opened its third Valley location on the northwest corner of Grand Avenue and Bell Road in Surprise. Open for lunch and dinner daily.
Matty G’s closes 7-month-old Scottsdale location
🍔 Matty G’s Steakburgers has permanently closed its location on the northwest corner of Scottsdale and Thunderbird in north Scottsdale after just seven months. Owner and namesake Matt Gorman cited personal health issues as the reason for the closure.
Thursday: ‘Taste of Romeo’s’ dinner in Gilbert
