BYOV, a 100% plant-based eatery specializing in sushi and a few Mexican dishes, has opened near the southeast corner of Arizona and Ray in Chandler.
Its name is an acronym for Bring Your Own Veggies.
The menu offers 13 vegan sushi rolls, including a popular Tiger Roll, a Dynamite Roll (pictured), a Mango Roll, and a Spider-Man Roll.
Other menu highlights: Deep-fried cauliflower ‘‘wings,’’ bean and rice burritos, birria tacos, supreme pizzas, and fizh and grits.
Beverage options include 10 mocktails, such as an Apple Butter Old Fashioned and a Strawberry Mango Mule (both pictured).
Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Monday.
Mingle & Graze in Chandler extends daily hours
🧀 Starting today, Mingle & Graze cheese shop and eatery in downtown Chandler is extending its hours to 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday to accommodate dine-in and carryout customers for dinner. Seating is limited, but reservations are available.
Thursday: ‘Taste of Romeo’s’ dinner in Gilbert

Saturday: Blue Watermelon fundraiser at FnB
