K-Monster Chicken, a fast-casual Korean chicken concept, has opened inside the 99 Ranch Market on the northeast corner of Dobson and Chandler in Chandler.
The menu: For the soft opening, $9.99 lunch boxes or $12.99 dinner boxes. You choose:
- The type of chicken (wings, breast, thigh, tenders, etc.).
- One of five sauces (original, Korean sweet and spicy, spicy mayo, soy garlic, or bulgogi).
- One of three toppings (walnuts, almonds, or mozzarella cheese).
Other options: Don’t want chicken? You also can order shrimp, squid, or vegetables.
The seating: There are some tables for dine-in, or orders can be taken to-go.
Hours: 10:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. daily.
