Fate Brewing, which was founded in Scottsdale in 2012, launches its third Valley location today on Seventh Street, halfway between Indian School and Camelback, in uptown Phoenix.
The space: Like other Fate locations, the new one, located just south of the Grand Canal Trail, features an indoor-outdoor layout, an expansive, pet-friendly patio, and games like foosball and ping pong.
The food: Burgers, pizzas, tacos, and other items.
The beers: 17 Fate beers on tap. Brewer Adam Schmeichel’s popular ales include Fateful IPA, double oatmeal IPA, Hatch Chile Gatos, and seasonal Candy Bar Milk Stout.
Hours: 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday-Saturday.
Other locations: South Scottsdale and Tempe.
