Jinya Ramen Bar, a Los Angeles-based chain of contemporary Japanese restaurants that made its Arizona debut two years ago in downtown Chandler, has opened its second Valley location near the northwest corner of Central and Camelback in central Phoenix.
The food: Jinya offers six signature ramen broths, simmered for more than 20 hours, and house-made noodles that undergo a special aging process.
- In addition to ramen, the menu has appetizers, salads, rice bowls, and seafood tacos.
The drinks: The beverage program includes local craft and Japanese beers, wines, and sakes.
The chain: Jinya now has 56 locations in 17 states and Canada.
Hours: 11 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
