🥩 Bourbon & Bones, a high-end steakhouse from Valley-based restaurant group Square One Concepts, launches its third location at 4 p.m. today at 83 Marketplace on the southeast corner of Happy Valley and 83rd Avenue in Peoria.
The history: Square One, best known for its numerous Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers restaurants, debuted Bourbon & Bones in Old Town Scottsdale in 2016 and added location at San Tan Village location in Gilbert in 2021.
The food: Steaks range from $46 for a 6-ounce petite filet mignon to $94 for a 12-ounce wagyu New York strip. Other entrees include prime rib (Sundays and Mondays), pork chops, rack of lamb, and seafood.
The drinks: More than 700 bourbons, whiskeys, and scotches, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails.
The space: The 7,000-square-foot restaurant features a dining room with scenic views of Sunrise Mountain Preserve and an additional 1,000 square feet of patio space.
Hours: 5-9 p.m. Sunday-Monday, 5-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 5-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
