Scottsdale-based Eggstasy, a breakfast and lunch concept that debuted in 2014, has opened its sixth Valley location on the southeast corner of Power and the Loop 202 in southeast Mesa.
The food: The breakfast menu offers traditional items like omelets, pancakes, and skillets, but also has fun with things like chocolate-covered bacon, Spam sliders, Skinny Elvis protein cakes, and carne asada steak frites fritatta.
- The lunch offerings are fewer, mostly salads, sandwiches, and burgers.
The drinks: Besides fresh-squeezed juices and a full range of coffee drinks, there are mimosas, bellinis, Bloody Mary’s, spiked sweet tea, ‘‘boozie salted caramel iced coffee.’’
The hours: 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.- 3 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
