🍪 CookieRush, a spinoff of local soda shop chain SodaRush, has opened its first location on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Chandler Heights in south Chandler.
The concept: SodaRush, which has three Valley locations, won Phoenix Magazine’s award for best cookies in the Valley six years in row (2016-2021), prompting franchisees Amy and Justin Sutherland to launch a cookie-centric location.
The menu: CookieRush sells the same blended sodas, cookies, other baked items, and ice cream as SodaRush, but has a different focus and branding.
- The rotating selection of specialty cookies includes more than three dozen flavors, including Peanut Butter Smash, Reese’s Pieces Chewy Chocolate, and Toffee Macadamia Nut.
Hours: 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
