• Salad and Go, the drive-through concept launched by a former elementary school teacher in Gilbert in 2013, opened its 100th location last week in Las Vegas. Roushan Christofellis and her husband, Tony, sold Salad and Go in 2020 but have launched another drive-through concept, Angie’s Lobster.
• New India Gate in west Chandler has brought back its lunch buffet from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. daily. The price is $15 cash or $15.99 plus tax if paying with a credit card.
